Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not 100% satisfied with our digitizing or vector services:

• You will not be required to pay for unsatisfactory work
• If already paid, the amount will be credited toward your next order
• We'll work with you to revise the design until you're satisfied

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are:

• Invoices are issued every 15 days regardless of order volume or amount
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Patch Production Policy

For patch orders, we follow a strict production process:

1. We'll provide sample pictures for your approval before full production
2. Once approved, production will commence immediately
3. No cancellations are accepted after production begins
4. No refunds will be issued for patch orders

Patch Payment Terms

Patch orders require:

• 100% payment in advance before production begins
• No exceptions to the prepayment policy
• Clear approval of samples before payment processing

General Terms

• All digital files remain our property until full payment is received
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Prices are subject to change without notice
